ADELMO is founded as a small UPS sales and service company in 2005. We have since grown and built a formidable reputation nationwide along with manufacturing and supplying of ‘Trigger’ Uninterruptible Power Supply, ‘Nollon’ sealed VRLA battery and other synergy products. Thus far, we were known as a reliable supplier in power protection industry focusing great efforts on offering reliable products, at a reasonable cost, delivering on time and ensuring that the availability and uptime of mission-critical applications or processes.

The robust construction design UPS for harsh environment and unique applications. The product line of ‘Trigger’ UPS ranges from True On-Line topology, Modular hot-swappable to robust construction design for harsh environment and unique applications.
We provided energy storage solution more than more than 15 years in Singapore. We selected only the top-notch factory with at more than 50 years of production experience to produce consistent quality ‘Nollon’ sealed VRLA battery leveraging on robotic automation process (RAP).

Training
In any business, it is important to ensure that your employees are equipped with all the necessary knowledge and skills they need to provide excellent customer service.
All new staff members undergo initial and ongoing training. Initial training includes an introduction to our products, training on all areas of business, from technical to systems management to dealing with customers. Ongoing training is done fortnightly, we do this electronically to include all staff members. Regular training helps management identify areas that require more support if required and gives the staff member an opportunity to fill up gaps where required.
Research and Development
New product development is essential to business sustainability strategy. Adelmo have dedicated much of our resources to R&D of products as it is a vital element in our growth. Keeping on the front foot with innovative product development is important to us.
